Building software and solving problems

  1. Talk to people.
  2. Ask them about their problems.
  3. If the problem is one where if there was a solution, that person would immediately take out their wallet, put cash on the table and try it, that’s a good problem.
  4. Solve that problem.

I think perhaps that’s the essence of entrepreneurship distilled down. Simple. As with most things, the simplest things are the most incredibly difficult to achieve.
